When is the power supply required?

Some computers do not provide the 500 mA required by the USB specification for each USB port. This insufficient power supply means that the device does not start at all or goes off sporadically. To ensure a reliable power supply, we offer an optional power supply unit. This power supply unit has been developed with regard to current and voltage performance. Please only use original parts from signotec, otherwise there is no warranty.
